Alan Henderson serves as a Mortgage Loan Originator for Carolina One Mortgage. In this role, he has responsibility for helping clients find the best mortgage solution for their individual situation in the Charleston, South Carolina region.

Alan joined Carolina One Mortgage in May 2018 and brings more than 20 years of mortgage lending experience. Prior to Carolina One Mortgage, Alan worked as a Home Loan Processor, Home Mortgage Consultant, and Branch Manager in various cities in Virginia and North Carolina. He has earned numerous customer service awards and has completed many additional mortgage specific training courses.

Alan volunteers his time as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and supports the local food bank. He resides in Mount Pleasant, SC, with his wife Melissa.
