Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS) Migration

GMFS, Serviced by Specialized Servicing (SLC) is now known as GMFS, Serviced by Shellpoint. Here are 5 key things to know about your loan migration:

  1. Your loan number will remain the same.
  2. Your existing username will carry over to your new online account. You will need to create a new password and set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  3. Your mortgage terms will not be changing as a result of this migration.
  4. If you currently pay your mortgage monthly, semi-monthly, or bi-weekly autodraft (ACH) from your bank account, those arrangements will carry over automatically. You will not need to update any information.
  5. We will manage and pay your taxes and insurance if they are currently escrowed.

Yes. If you use a bill pay service or mail your payment, please update your payee name and address to A&D Mortgage LLC, serviced by Shellpoint P.O. Box 60535 City of Industry, CA 91716-0535. Please allow time for mail transit.

You will receive an email letting you know your loan is now active in the new portal. Once you log in with your existing username, you will need to create a new password and set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
